Difference Between 4/4 And 6/8 In Music Video

4/4 means there's 4 quarter notes per measure. 6/8 means there's 6 eighth notes per measure.

The way I understand it is if you put it? in 6/8 or 3/4 like he said and you can break it up all you want.
